Helping Seniors Build Strength, Improve Balance, and Confidence

As we age, our balance declines and we lose muscle, so exercise is most important in helping us perform everyday activities. By exercising, you can improve your balance and your strength, so you can stand tall and feel more confident when walking. This confidence in being able to move around safely in day-to-day routine allows seniors to be more independent as well.

Watch this video and Learn to Breathe & Strengthen Your Body On Any Wall with Great Age Movement @ Home Lab Live Series, in partnership with The Health Museum.

We start the live show with senior comedian Sarah Sara who brings humor to you to brighten up your day. Rachel Busch brings us Part II of “Dancing with Brooms” to show you new dance moves to do with house chores. She will definitely put a spring in your step and a smile on your face.

We want to encourage you to keep moving and continue your fitness, wellness and wholeness journey.

Before you start any exercise program, always check with your doctor for clearance. Join us and start your Saturday feeling good. Your body will thank you!
