Watch to see how you can improve your dental health!

Today, Great Age Movement @ Home Lab Live Series in partnership with The Health Museum shares valuable dental tips from dentist and GAM Board of Advisor, Dr. Andrew Moore. Dr. Moore touches on the basics with oral hygiene, flossing, dentures gum disease, and whitening teeth.

According to the CDC, oral health problems in older adults include untreated tooth decay, gum disease, tooth loss, oral cancer, and chronic disease. Nearly 1 in 5 of adults aged 65 or older have lost all of their teeth. Having missing teeth or wearing dentures can affect nutrition, because people without teeth or with dentures often prefer soft, easily chewed foods instead of foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables.
