Great Age Movement & The Health Museum present our first LIVE home cooking show to teach seniors how to make some healthy, easy, tasty dishes during this time at home. We’ve asked our dear G.A.M. friend, Dallas Rowden to share some of her favorites dishes to energize your day.

The show begins with Sarah Sara (IG: @sarah_sara_global), a senior humorist, followed by stretching in the kitchen. After, we make meatballs and toss salad with Dallas Rowden.
