Great Age Movement @ Home Lab Series in partnership with The Health Museum present LIVE on Facebook: “YOGA for Seniors and Beginners with Kirsten”

Kirsten is a seasoned yoga instructor who will start your morning with easy to follow stretches, breathing techniques, and yoga poses to improve your flexibility and energy. Join us and let’s take care of our mind and body together.

All you need for this show is a yoga mat, a block (or large book several inches in width) and a blanket to support your body position. A modified version of each pose will be introduced from a chair for those who are unable to sit on the floor. Please join us for this free livestream show. We are all about our SENIORS!
