For years, the Great Age Movement has been dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for older adults. Thanks to the support of our generous community partners, we’re able to offer free indoor and outdoor wellness programs throughout Houston and its surrounding areas.

These programs are open to everyone and take place in accessible public spaces, promoting active and healthy aging for all.
