The endless benefits of chair yoga for seniors includes stretching muscles, reducing pain, decreasing stress, and improving circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, and protects joints. All of this while building strength and balance from anywhere in your home. Sarah Sara is back again to guide us through this 30-minute routine.
