Who knew balls could give us a full body workout? Robert Hale, ACE CPT, is back and will demonstrate the use of various balls for a full body workout for seniors. As always our workouts are low impact and can be done in the comfort of your own home. 

We want to encourage you to keep moving and continue your fitness, wellness and wholeness journey.
