Don’t we all just love dancing? Rachel Busch, dancer extraordinaire, will demonstrate a variety of dance moves to improve your balance and overall strength. Dancing provides a great opportunity to combine physical activity and fun dance into daily life activities. Dancing is exercise that is easy on the joints, helps keep your heart strong, makes your lungs work more efficiently, burns calories, boosts brain cognition and memory, relieves stress, and helps us sleep better.
