Robert’s Story:

“I was overweight at 200+ pounds. I was very stressed, busy, eating everything fast food and processed, all of my meals were eaten at restaurants and/or from a box and microwaved. Exercise was minimal, sleep was light and late nights were the norm. My yearly physicals were dismal and my labs showed someone on the road to pre-diabetes or worse. My physician warned that I needed to make a change but couldn’t offer any suggestions or help beyond the dire warnings. I made a change! I was determined to find what worked best for me, I read and researched, I tried-failed- tried again and again…I was determined!”
