Fritz & Whitney present 2 in 1 Chair Exercises & DIY Wind Chimes! We are all about seniors. We show you how to use common objects in your home as weights and workout your body while sitting. We then taking you on a journey making wind chimes using everyday finds in your home.

Along with improving strength, flexibility, and blood circulation, exercise also boosts mood, helping to keep seniors as healthy and well as possible. Chair exercises, done while seated on a chair with back support, are an excellent option for seniors who are at risk of falling or have limited mobility.

We want to encourage you to keep moving and continue your fitness, wellness and wholeness journey.
