Dancing is Exercise in Disguise

Cathy, a certified Zumba instructor, shows you how to marry dance with functional exercise for a full body workout. The goal is to keep moving. Movement, expression, listen to your body, and feel the energy of your music and your body.

What is Zumba and its benefits?
Zumba for Seniors is a low-impact workout of back-to-back dance moves that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Dancing is exercise in disguise. This type of exercise is easy on the joints, helps keep your heart strong, makes your lungs work more efficiently, burns calories, boosts brain cognition and memory, relieves stress, and helps us sleep better.

We want to encourage you to keep moving and continue your fitness, wellness and wholeness journey.

Before you start any exercise program, always check with your doctor for clearance. Join us and start your Saturday feeling good. Your body will thank you!

Season 2, Episode 18: Cathy Rank shows you how to marry dance with functional exercise for a full body workout. Feel the energy of your music and your body.
