Meet Emily Mitchell!

Emily is a Senior Fitness Instructor in Houston and will be demonstrating a full body workout at home for seniors. Her low impact exercises will include stretching and directions to give you your best workout to start off your weekend.

We want to encourage you to keep moving and continue your fitness, wellness and wholeness journey.
