Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient traditional Chinese form of exercise that emphasizes balance and posture movements while working on your focus and breath. It’s a slow gentle workout that benefits strength, coordination and flexibility. It’s a great way to prevent falls by building balance. It’s generally safe for all ages and fitness abilities and has research to back its benefits for people with chronic conditions. Tai Chi is good for seniors with Parkinson’s disease and if practiced regularly, it can also help reduce pain, especially from knee osteoarthritis, back problems, and fibromyalgia.
We want to encourage you to keep moving and continue your fitness, wellness and wholeness journey.
